The annual WateReuse Texas (WRTX) Conference brings together industry leaders in water reuse for education, conversation, and networking to promote the growing water reuse industry in Texas. Our schedule includes workshops, a networking reception, three tracks of sessions including presentations about reuse-related research, funding, case studies, treatment technologies, planning, communications, advocacy and more!

- April 1: WRTX Abstract Submissions Open
- April 18: Abstract Submissions Close
- mid-May: Abstract speaker invitations sent
- June 1: Early bird registration opens
- June 14: Abstract speaker confirmation deadline

Our 2019 conference in McAllen, Texas had over 150 attendees, our 2023 conference in Frisco had over 175, and our 2024 conference in Austin had 200 attendees.
Sponsorship levels begin at $750 for members and $1,000 for non-members, and exhibitor tables begin at $1,000 for utility and institution members and $1,500 for business members, with increased rates for non-members. CEU and Professional Development Hour Information:
WateReuse Texas is approved for 15 operator credits through TCEQ’s licensing program. Credits by day are Monday: 4 hours, Tuesday: 8 hours, Wednesday: 3 hours. We plan to complete this process every year we have a conference to allow operators to receive credit towards their license renewal while learning more about reuse. We will provide completion certificates to anyone who completes the process.
