WateReuse Colorado Student Scholarships

2026 scholarship applications must be submitted by April 3, 2026 at midnight MT.

WateReuse Colorado (WRCO) is pleased to offer three (3) scholarships to support students focusing on water reclamation, water reuse, and/or desalination. Each scholarship is valued at $5,000 and will be awarded in April 2026 to the highest-ranking applicants among undergraduate students, graduate students, or operators enrolled or with plans to enroll in an accredited Colorado university or community college, as determined by the Scholarship Committee of WRCO.

Each 2026 scholarship recipient will receive full registration for the 2026 WateReuse Colorado Conference to be held in Denver, CO on May 4-5, 2026.

All students submitting for scholarships are encouraged to submit a poster presentation. If selected for a scholarship, awardees will be asked to make their poster into a presentation. This year we are also excited to offer an award for best student poster in addition to scholarship awards.
