2026 WateReuse Symposium Presenter Information
WateReuse Association is pleased to host an exceptional roster of presenters and experts for the 2026 WateReuse Symposium at the InterContinental Los Angeles Downtown in Los Angeles, California.
Registration
The Symposium is an entirely in-person event. All presenters are required to attend in person and register at the discounted Speaker Rate of $950.
Register for the Conference here using the provided Speaker Code at checkout! Your registration pass includes access to all conference programming. You may add facility tours or Tuesday evening’s Recycled Water to your registration for an additional fee.

Thank you for being a Technical Presenter for the WateReuse Symposium! Below is information to help make your Workshop, Panel, and Standard Presentations a success.
PowerPoint Presentations
All Workshops and Technical sessions are required to submit a PowerPoint presentation by February 27, 2026.

Poster Presenters
Thank you for being a Poster Presenter for the WateReuse Symposium! Below is information to help make your poster session a success.
Poster Schedule
- Set Up Window: Sunday, March 8 at 1 PM to Monday, March 9 by 2 PM
- Poster Presentations: Monday, March 9 from 3:30 PM – 4:30 PM
- During that time, we ask you to engage with participants, share more information, and answer their questions.
- Load Out Window: Monday, March 9 at 4:30 PM to Tuesday, March 10 at 10 AM
- Any remaining posters will be thrown away.
Poster Dimensions & Display Logistics
- Posters must be at least 28 x 36 inches and must be flat, as they will be secured with thumbtacks/pushpins on a standing surface 92” (h) x 44” (w).
- You may use the entire hanging surface area for your posters and/or other display materials, all of which must be flat if hung on your poster surface.
- We will provide thumbtacks/pushpins for your use on-site.
- Your poster does not need to be laminated.
- Your poster area will not have access to power, please plan accordingly.
Shipping & Printing
- You are responsible for getting your poster to and from the event, as well as setting it up and taking it down at designated times. Below are some options for shipping and printing.
Poster Elements
Your poster should include these elements:
- Title
- Author(s), with affiliations and emails
- If your poster is a representation of a research study, you will want to include the following sections:
- Introduction or objective
- Methods
- Results
- Conclusions and/or discussion
- Acknowledgments
- If your poster is a representation of a case study or other kind of project, you may want to forego formal abstract sections in favor of the “5 Ws”:
- Who (Introduce the author, organization, or community)
- What (What did you do? What were the outcomes? How did you do it?)
- Why (Why did you do this study? ie. drivers & goals)
- Where (Where did you do it?)
- When (When did it take place?)
- Acknowledgments
