National Water Reuse Action Plan Quarterly Update Highlights WateReuse Symposium

The U.S. EPA spotlighted activity at the 35th Annual WateReuse Virtual Symposium in the newly released Water Reuse Action Plan (WRAP) quarterly update. The update discussed the Symposium’s live charrette, “Envisioning the Future of Water Reuse,” with EPA Assistant Administrator for Water David Ross, the WRAP implementation session with action leaders, and over 10 technical sessions covering WRAP-related actions.

The quarterly update also proposes four new WRAP actions with titles, leaders, and brief descriptions, soliciting feedback on the potential actions by November 30.   • Implement and Manage the National Alliance for Water Innovation (NAWI) energy-Water Desalination Hub (Action 2.4.6) – DOE, Melissa Klembara; NAWI, Peter Fiske and Meagan Mauter
  • Identifying Monitoring Practices for Reuse Applications (Action 2.5.2) – Water Research Foundation, Erin Partlan
