Webcast: Reclaiming Reverse Osmosis Concentrate

February 27, 12:30 EST | 10:30 MST
Free for members

This Friday, join WateReuse Arizona for a conversation about assessing advanced membrane and non-membrane technologies to manage reverse osmosis (RO) concentrate. RO is often used to produce potable water but generates a waste stream that is difficult and costly to manage. Technologies that can minimize concentrate volume for disposal while simultaneously producing reusable water are needed. Learn how the variable quality of ROC and the presence of foulants in ROC both complicate its reuse. We then discuss the prospects of emerging technologies for concentrate treatment.
