Diagnosis: Wind damage.

Solutions: Do not plant this tree in a windy location. Some trees are highly susceptible to winds; premature abscission of leaves is a common injury.

Solutions: Providing some sort of windbreak for young trees may help to reduce damage.

Solutions: No action. Banana can usually recover from such damages.
